Research Center for Highly Reliable Intelligent Integrated Systems
With the aim of improving the reliability and safety of LSIs and enabling reliable inspection of defects caused by LSI failures and degradation using unique test design and sensing methods, we will establish FPGA structures and CAD tools using 3D stacking technology, reconfigurable AI processors, optimal methods of communication using machine learning for next-generation wireless communication systems, and highly productive FPGA design methods to create next-generation devices that can be designed with high performance and ease.
Through daily global human resource development in the virtual lab, students will be able to experience an international education and research environment in English on a daily basis, even in their own countries. In addition, we develop human resources capable of practical design through the LSI design contest.
